How to Register

Registration for our seminars, courses and workshops is handled by our convenient Online Secure Registration and Payment Processing System. Our online system is simply the fastest and most convenient way to register.

We accept Visa and Mastercard payment for online registrations. These payments are accepted through, a leading provider of online registration and payment processing services.

If you prefer to speak with a real person or would like to pay with cheque or cash then please call our office at 778.898.5256 during our regular business hours: 12pm-5pm (PST), Monday-Friday.
Sorry, at this time we don’t accept Paypal or Interac as payment for any of our services.

In order to register and secure a seat in one (or more) of our courses, each participant is required to pay the full tuition amount at the time of registration.

This is the same whether you register online, over the phone or in person. In the case of our Photo Tours/Travel Workshops, our payment policy requires a deposit due at the time of registration, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to departure. If you are registering less than 60 days before the start of a Photo Tour, then the full tuition amount is payable upon registration.

Each row in the table provides details about an upcoming workshop.

The cells in the 'Dates' column are linked to our online calendar, the cells in the 'Location' column are linked to the individual Studio pages-these contain the address, directions, maps etc of the location.

The cells in the 'Instructor' column link to the individual instructor biographies and the cells in the 'Registration' column link to the registration pages.

We have 3 different registration pages:

  • The 'Click Here to Register' link takes you to the RegOnline registration system where you can sign-up and pay for the course or workshop of your choice.
  • The 'SOLD OUT - Wait List' link takes you to a form where you may add your name to a SOLD OUT workshop wait list. Sometimes we do have transfers or cancellations from SOLD OUT workshops and will contact people on our wait list to take the spot. (Please note though that cancellations are rare.)
  • The 'Click Here for Wait List' link takes you to a form where you may add your name to an upcoming workshop or event wait list, the date of which is still being confirmed. Once the date is confirmed we contact everyone on the wait list first, giving priority registration and a better chance at securing a spot in our most popular workshops. This wait list also allows us to see the demand for a particular course or workshop and more dates may be scheduled based on this information.

Once you have completed your registration through our online Secure Payment Service, you will receive an electronic record/receipt of your transaction.

Please print out this information to keep for your records, and also bring a copy with you on the first day of your particular course/workshop. If you register over the phone or in person, we will provide you with a receipt, either on the spot, by email or for pick-up on the first day of your class. Sorry, we do not fax copies of receipts.
