Vancouver Photo Workshops is excited to host this rare 4 Day Master Workshop with National Geographic Photographer Massimo Bassano from Italy!

During this 4 Day Master Workshop you will learn how to improve your travel photography and storytelling joining Massimo Bassano, National Geographic photographer, in his “on assignment” workshop in Vancouver.

Massimo has travelled to all five Continents for National Geographic, covering a wide variety of subjects. His enthusiasm about photography to discover people and culture is highly contagious.

Vancouver is a photographers paradise and thus a perfect location for this workshop.

Nestled between majestic mountains and the wild Pacific Ocean with a vibrant multi-cultural population, there is no shortage of shooting opportunities.

Consistently ranked as one of the most beautiful and friendly cities in the world, we invite you to come and experience the wonderful people and incredible natural beauty that our Pacific Northwest gem has to offer.

For this workshop, Massimo will be joined by Myriam Casper, an emerging photographer who is based in Vancouver. Together, they will direct you to produce your own assignment during the 4 day workshop. Both instructors will improve the way to see the place through your camera.

Everyday we will go into the field looking for photo opportunities. Daily critiques will be the key to improve your skills. Massimo and Myriam will share their way to operate and will direct you on a specific assignment that meets your feeling for the place as also moving you out of your comfort zone. One of the major ingredients to be successful in Travel Photography and Storytelling is to move over our own limits.
